Republican Plan to Terminate all Federal Programs.
Right-wing Republican Rick Scott has a new plan that could eliminate the EPA, Social Security, Medicare and maybe even the Defense Department. “All federal legislation sunsets in 5 years. If a law is worth keeping, Congress can pass it again.”
It will of course be impossible to pass all federal legislation every five years, and that is his plan.
